Day 3- Cousins Reunion

Day 3 started out with splash paint shirts, followed by a lot of hair-braiding (all the little girls and big girls), and beach/boating to top off the day.

I particularly liked Coop's arm weave in the middle and Carter's giggle near the end.

Cracks me up!

I think we can safely rule out any dancing careers in their future.

I think we'll stick with sports ;-)

Day 2- Cousins Reunion

Day 2 went something like this...

Start the day off with Mini Olympics (thank you Grandma & Grandpa for organizing the whole thing).  

Each older cousin with a younger one.  They were all so cute with each other!

Then Uncle Tyler brings out the big guns which the kids outwardly hated but secretly loved.

After the morning festivities (and some church) we celebrated the big 1-2 for Garrett, the oldest of the bunch.

We sure do love this kid!

We then ended the day with a performance put on by Garrett, Truman, Eve, Ashlyn, & Aubrey. 

It was quite entertaining.

Aubrey conducted, Ashlyn sang many a song, the boys & Eve played piano, and the whole lot of them put on a pretty cute skit.  I remember these days all too well.  Its fun to watch them as the adult now!

Day 1-Cousins Reunion

It is far too daunting to try and fit this whole week of fun into one post so I decided to do it in separate days. 

So Day 1 of the cousins reunion was Saturday.  We arrived after the long 14 hour drive to a bbq and pool side party, "complete with water slide" (name that movie).  It was a perfect end to a long day of driving.
