Caleb & Cassi were married on June 24, 2005 in the Mt. Timpanogos, Utah temple. Caleb is working at Adobe. Cassi is lucky enough to be able to stay home with their 3 kids. Life is good.
I just thought Coop was looking especially dapper this morning before church so I decided to snap some fun pics. These are mainly for his daddy since he's gone in Argentina for the week. Enjoy babe! We miss you!
(When you ask him to sing, he closes his eyes, sways his head back and forth, and softly says "ahhhhh") (Not bad for a self-taken picture ;-)
What an exciting game! We did a lot of celebrating during the BYU-UCLA game and cooper loved every time that Cougar Fight song played!
He fell asleep for about an hour at about half time and then continued his cheering after he woke up. We had him in the front pack to keep him contained and it worked great (don't worry that it says up tp 25 lbs and he's 28, woops!)
Touchdown!
He was transfixed most of the time by all the commotion
I wouldn't call us outdoorsy but we do enjoy an occasional, short camping trip. This past weekend we enjoyed the mountains of Utah with some good friends Teddy & Scott. It started off a little rough when we arrived to the campsite after an hour long drive only to realize we had forgotten the 1 bag we could not do without, the warm clothes. So while Caleb and Cooper stayed and set up camp, I drove the 2 hour roundtrip back to our house to pick it up. We had a great tin foil dinner (provided by Teddy & Scott) and definitely enjoyed the warmth of the campfire before we went to bed. Cooper slept in between us in the tent which meant our own little heater, but not one bit of sleep. That kid never stops moving. The next morning we packed up camp and went on a little hike up to Cecret Lake where we skipped rocks, caught newts, and took a few pics. While it may not have gone exactly as planned, we were glad we did it and glad it was over.
