Of course, he chooses when he wants to practice walking and when he doesn't. (Try to ignore the no-shirt thing, it was still in the dryer ;-)

He looks so tall in that video. I wonder which side of the family he gets that from? Neither of you are very tall. Weird.

yeeaa coooper!! so you guys moved?? did you get my book of an email? when i typed it i felt as though i was talking to myself, then when you didn't write back it confirmed i really was talking to myself!! cooper is looking good! that's a funny (funny now, right??!) story about the airplane. that stinks. lesson learned, huh!
